          1.使用前,應檢查并確認電動機、電纜線均正常,保護接地良好,防護裝置安全有效,鋸片選用符合要求,安裝正確。

          2.啟動后,應空載運轉,檢查并確認鋸片運轉方向正確, 升降機構靈活,運轉中無異常、異響,一切正常后,方可作業

          3.操作人員應雙手按緊工件,均勻送料,在推進切割機時,不得用力過猛。操作時不得帶手套。
          3. The operator should press the workpiece tightly with both hands, evenly feed the material, and not use too much force when pushing the cutting machine. Do not wear gloves during operation.
          4.切割厚度應按機械出廠銘牌規定進行,不得超厚切割。

          5.加工件送到與鋸片相距300mm處或切割小塊料時,應使用專用工具送料,不得直接用手推料。
          When the processed parts are delivered to a distance of 300mm from the saw blade or when cutting small pieces of material, special tools should be used for feeding, and material should not be directly pushed by hand.
          6.作業中,當工件發生沖擊、跳動及異常音響時,應立即停機檢查,排除故障后,方可繼續作業。
          During homework, when the workpiece experiences impact, jumping, or abnormal sound, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. Only after troubleshooting can the operation continue.
          7.嚴禁在運轉中檢查、維修各部件。鋸臺上和構件鋸縫中的碎屑應采用專用工具及時清除,不得用手揀拾或抹試。
          7. It is strictly prohibited to inspect and repair various components during operation. The debris on the saw table and in the sawing joints of the components should be promptly removed using specialized tools, and should not be picked up or wiped by hand.
          8.作業后,應清洗機身,擦干鋸片,排放水箱余水,收回電纜線,并存放在干燥、通風處。
          After homework, the machine body should be cleaned, the saw blade should be wiped dry, the residual water in the water tank should be discharged, the cable should be retrieved, and stored in a dry and ventilated place.
